Definitions and Interpretation

• Ibc88 is not responsible for any unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Ibc88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
